PVHS faces another devastating loss in Boys Soccer.

P.V.H.S. against C.R.S.V.

On September 20, Pahrump Valley High School faced off against Cristo Rey St. Viator. It was a difficult game for us, and we, unfortunately, fell short 0-4. We are still very motivated for the rest of the season. With the seniors leaving last year and new players joining this year, the boy’s soccer team has had a difficult season so far. The team is still adjusting and attempting to adapt to each other and the new changes. After interviewing a soccer player who prefers to remain anonymous, they stated, “I feel like the team needs to practice more on its kicking, needs to start putting more effort into practice, and give it their all during every game even when it seems like we are losing.” They also stated, “The team lacks communication, and that’s one of the biggest problems that we need to work on.” Undoubtedly, this presents new challenges that we will hopefully see the boy’s soccer team overcome as time goes on.
