The Ironman keeps all his equipment on him at all times just in case something happens. This competitor has to race through anything and everything, through the blazing hot and through the night. Riding a dirtbike for a couple of hours straight is exhausting. According to a couple of YouTube videos I watched from all across the internet, they have a rough experience from what I’ve seen. There have been multiple crashes during the duration of 20-25 hours to complete the race. Then it’s on to prep for the next year when you race again.
