Sione Petelo Jr, Journalist
Sione Petelo is a sophomore and Journalism II student at Pahrump Valley High School, who is passionate about sports and board games, specifically football and chess. As a sophomore, he is currently a lineman on the junior varsity football team. Besides board games and football, he enjoys taking his two dogs to the park for walks. He’s hoping to become an NFL player as well as a pilot, just like his grandfather. In journalism, topics that pique his interest are in the form of reviews, opinions and debates, and sports. He hopes to have a good year in journalism and have a successful sophomore year in school and sports.
