Kaylee Baker is a Sophomore at Pahrump Valley High School. She’s a student-athlete and loves to play volleyball. This is Baker's second year in journalism and she’s excited to inform and get to know all her peers. Baker is very passionate about writing and learns from her mistakes and struggles. Even though this isn’t Baker's first time in journalism; She’s excited for the new challenges and movies we do in class. She might not be a strong writer sometimes however she's always ready for class and on time. When it comes to writing she loves hearing other people's opinions and not just hers. Baker is a delight to have in class and comes to class prepared. Baker has 3 siblings; two sisters and 1 little brother. She had a tough time growing up as the family's baby and then moving to the middle child. Baker had a big future ahead of her and she plans on being an ultrasound tech. School is not a baker's favorite but she will still have a good mindset and encourage others to get their stuff together. Baker is looking forward to seeing what the future holds for her.
