World Cancer Day falls on February 4th and was created to spread awareness about cancer. Cancer is something that is a serious problem in the world and as a result, 609,360 people have died in 2022 due to cancer. Out of the 600,000 people that died, around 10 to 20 percent of those people go undiagnosed with cancer. Many people go undiagnosed with cancer for several months up to years. It’s important that the idea of stopping cancer must go through everyone’s minds as one person can make a difference and potentially end up saving someone’s life. If you’re concerned and want to help out with this cause then visit UICC as it is an organization that helps run cancer awareness campaigns.
