Ever since life started, some people have a hard time managing their health, or lack the knowledge for managing their health properly. Others have bad health and wellness, with little-to-no-hygiene, leaving a terrible stench in homes. To care for your health is essential to living in the first place.
Health is important; it keeps one from dying or getting sick. All health, social, mental and emotional, and physical, manages a person’s wellness.
Without proper health, the body’s systems are weakened. Without proper health, the immune system can’t fight back disease or sickness, leading to vulnerability and possible death.
To take care of one’s health, you could do many things:
- You can keep in check with your doctor and get a check up occasionally. They would tell you the state of your condition and where you currently are with your health. They would also advise you on what to do.
- You can keep up your hygiene with daily flossing, brushing, showers, changes of clothes, and occasionally washing your dirty clothes, just making sure you keep clean overall. You have to brush your teeth and floss at least two times a day.

Heather Scott (D’Laney Williams ) - You can also manage yourself on the health continuum and set a goal. The health continuum is a measurement of where you’re at with your health.
- You can eat balanced meals with the help of Daily Values and Nutrition Facts.
- You can exercise daily, starting with small workouts to help build yourself up to big ones. “It’s important to stretch and build muscle,” Heather Scott states. When asked how someone could check in with their health, Scott said, “By doing cardio activity.” Like any other exercise, cardio activity helps build the muscle and causes the heart rate to increase.
- Having vitamins would also help you grow.
- You can have essential supplies, like sunscreen-which reduces your chances of getting cancer from the sun’s rays-a toothbrush, mouthwash, toothpaste, clothes-for your hygiene-and exercising equipment.
- For more essential information, you can take classes, use a search engine, or read books to learn about health.
It really depends on what you want to do. But exercising and good hygiene is a great start. Your health is important, so make sure you take care of it.
