Lexi Martinez, a junior at Pahrump Valley High School, loves expanding her thinking and leans to writing to express herself outside the box.
Lexi loves talking about anything and everything. She is interested in hearing other people's opinions and stating hers. She loves the idea of being able to be a voice not only for herself but for other people as well. On the weekends you can catch Lexi being involved with friends, family, and sports, which she has a deep passion for. She is involved in the Jr. Trojan Soccer League where she coaches on the weekdays and often referees. She is passionate about being able to coach younger children and help them gain a love for the game as she had. Her family is everything to her and she loves her younger cousins and siblings more than anything. She likes to hang out with her friends and spend quality time with them.
She knows that Journalism will be a good class for her to gain more knowledge in working under pressure, writing, and thinking skills.
