At the Empire Polo Club in Indio, California, in the Coachella Valley in the Colorado Desert, this event ran from April 10-19. Coachella is also one of the biggest music and arts festivals in the United States, which is why many people enjoy going.
One of the biggest highlights of Coachella 2026 was the star-studded lineup, which featured major headliners such as Justin Bieber, Karol G, and Sabrina Carpenter. They brought out a mix of pop, Latin, and many other genres of music. This lineup made the people go crazy; therefore, tickets sold out just a week after they announced the lineup. As much as the fans love the other amazing artists, Bieber broke the internet.
Bieber was the star of the show. Bieber hadn’t been on tour since 2022, and after fans found out he was one of the main headliners, they didn’t care too much about the price; they cared about seeing their childhood music artists. Bieber headlined both weekends, playing a mix of new swag, YouTube throwbacks, and classic hits like “Baby,” “Sorry,” and “Stay” featuring guests such as Billie Eilish, SZA, and Big Sean.
Since Bieber hadn’t been on tour since 2022, and he couldn’t legally play old songs at concerts because he sold his catalog, he played old YouTube videos of himself to sing along to at Coachella. This experience was definitely nostalgic and healing for those who love Bieber.
Sabrina Carpenter was another headliner, closing the first nights of both weekends. The theme was “Sabrinawood” with special guest appearances. Fans were excited to see her performance, although some fans say she chose the worst songs to perform. She had performed her album “Short n’ Sweet”, featuring Madonna. Carpenter also performed “Please Please Please”, “Juno”, and “Espresso”, which are some fan favorites.
Karol G was the last headliner, and fans were extremely excited for this one, especially the Colombian culture. She was the first ever Latina to headline Coachella. She started her setlist with “LATINA FOREVA” and jumped right into “Un Gatito Le Llamo”, bringing out special guests like Becky G, Peso Pluma, and Mariah Angeliq.
Coachella is all about having a great time and making unforgettable memories with the people you love. Although it was a hassle getting out of the festival after all the amazing performances, everyone at the festival had a blast, and it was a fun experience for those who had gone for their first time.
