There are several artists around the world who use art as a way to escape reality and help deal with personal problems that they might be having in their lives. Art can be a way to relieve anxiety or trauma that comes into our journey as we learn to embrace our emotions. It can also motivate several people to use art as a way to express their emotions through difficult times, and it can provide a tangible way to manage stress, anxiety, and trauma without using words. Whenever you need, art can help to calm your body down and can let you think about what you’re going through and express it through masterpieces that can turn a tangled world into a piece of nice artwork. The person who did the artwork can share the piece of art with viewers and make the audience see what the person is trying to get across by looking at the art piece.
Art provides young people with an opportunity to communicate their feelings, thoughts, and ideas. and to find commonality with others. People are always going through bad times, and when they draw, their body can relax and release endorphins, which are chemicals that naturally get released by your body when you’re relaxing. Drawing is letting your emotions be free and letting your imagination create the art piece.

Rene Gonzalez Valdez, Pahrump Valley High School freshmen, expressed, “Some people like to use art as a way to connect with their inner self. Creating pieces of art that can be seen and felt when looking at the picture, from the bright colors to the creativity put into the portrait.” Sometimes it can be tough to open up to people, and making a piece of something really nice can be like your safe place. Because you’re doing something that helps you control your body and helps release stress from your body and express it through a portrait other people can see what the artist’s piece is representing. Many pieces of art come from people dealing with stress, anxiety, and mental health problems. This encourages the artist to strengthen their feelings in a positive and healthy way.
Miguel Hernandez implied, “Art is an important part of life, as it helps us to explore creativity and express other selves in unique ways.” Art is a form of expression that values creativity and self-expression. It can take many forms, from paintings and sculptures to photography and even digital art. Art has the power to move us, to make us feel something, and to tell stories. Art can be used as a way of connecting with ourselves and with each other, and its power lies in its ability to inspire, create joy, and provoke thought. Art is an expression of the human experience, and its value lies in its ability to bring people together.

Maria Igwe, a freshman at Pahrump Valley High School, explained, “What inspires me to create art is taking all of the anxiety and the stress from me and putting it into my artwork and creating an image that can be seen and be understood by my peers.”
The purpose of art is to help you find your inner self and make you dive deeper into your emotions, causing you to do something you like to do. To get your mind off of the situation or the issue you’re going through.

Many great artists use this strategy to help them make art pieces like “Starry Night” by Vincet Van Gogh or “The Desert Harmony In Red” by Henri Matisse. Many other pieces of artwork where the artist had their emotions or feelings guiding them into making art that can be seen, and that has colors and textures to convey deeper into the art piece.
People show complex feelings in a way that directly connects with the viewer’s emotional state. Artists are able to translate those intangible emotions into an image that they can share with the world. That can make the people who view the art not see it as a piece of art but an image that someone painted or drew that can convey something into the reader’s mind and have an emotional connection with that image or picture.
And each time you create a work of art, you’re sharing new ideas, as well as different ways to express yourself. This can certainly serve as motivation for others. This could be done through drawing, painting, sculpting, music, movement, writing, drama, or whatever creative means allows you to open up and bare your soul. You needn’t be talented or skilled at any of these either. They are simply a means for expressing yourself
